Job Details
London based Investment Management firm, looking for an Asset Manager to join their entrepreneurial team.
The company has £5bn of commercial real estate under management, and a considerable portion of this retail; including shopping centres and retail warehousing.
The successful candidate will be tasked with joining a boutique team responsible for the asset management of this retail portfolio.
The duties will include:
- Completing strategic asset management initiatives with a view to significantly improve property values - this will include refurbishments, redevelopment, lease negotiations, and more
- Coordinating the disposal of assets further to value enhancement
- Providing analysis to justify asset strategy
- Presenting to the investment committee on the progress of strategies
- Managing third parties including Property Managers, Legal Professionals, Valuers, Lease Advisors
- Liaising with the investment managers to provide input on acquisition strategies
Successful Candidate:
The successful candidate will have existing retail and asset management experience and a familiarity with fund reporting. The chosen candidate must be capable of hitting the ground running in a dynamic, lean and entrepreneurial team.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience, and structured for the successful individual.
