Client Direct Asset Management – Competitive Salary on offer + Benefits – London

My client is a leading organisation who are looking for two positions to be filled within their Commercial asset management team.   The first role is offering up £55,000 Per Annum and the Senior Asset Manager role is offering up to £75,000 Per Annum.  Both roles are based in London working out of their head office where you will be responsible for managing a retail portfolio.   Whilst retail experience is preferred candidates with strong commercial exposure may also be considered

Job Role.

• Identifying and pursuing new commercial opportunities within the Retail sector in order to maximise revenue within the portfolio
• Contribute to the development of Retail strategies to include; market insight, tenant mix, marketing and leasing activities
• Project management of a portfolio of smaller commercial development projects related to Retail. This will include all requirements involved in project definition, planning the project life cycle and anticipating possible issues
• Develop and implement strategies for the piloting, testing, risk mitigation, financial and non-financial contingency planning for new Retail initiatives as appropriate

Skills:

• Degree level qualification preferably in a real estate related discipline,
• MRICS with a minimum of 2 years pqe
• Prior experience in property valuation, commercial agency, Landlord & Tenant or Commercial Asset Management arena
• Knowledge of Retail property including market trends, property characteristics and occupier requirements
• Experience in formulating and executing strategies and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience of the production of budgets and financial planning for Business Plans.
