This role is for a leading consultancy focusing on Valuations, Viability & Affordable Housing. Candidates will have the opportunity to get involved with agency work and development viability appraisals, should this be of interest, providing advice to a range of private development companies active in London and the South East. A profitable team made up of 10 dedicated and experienced professionals. This is an opportunity to progress your career in a successful and growing team with scope to work across a range of disciplines but with a residential valuation focus. The role is paying up to £48,000 + car allowance + benefits + bonus etc.

• Preparing Red Book valuation reports primarily for land acquisition purposes including associated development appraisals (principally residential development land and new build residential units).
• Liaising with project team members and other property professionals to source information for development appraisals.
• Undertaking development appraisals for various purposes including Financial Viability Assessments, development scheme option appraisals and cash flow modelling;
• Undertaking research and sourcing comparable evidence for valuation purposes;
• Undertaking valuations of existing properties and/or land;

The successful candidate will be:

• MRICS
• Good valuation experience – ideally a Registered Valuer;
• Experience of the new build residential market
• Good report writing skills.
