Capital Project Manager - Plymouth

Permanent opportunity for a Capital Project Manager to work in a client-side role based in South Devon

Your new company
As a Capital Project Manager you will join a client-side organisation based on the boarders of the Dartmoor National Park. Your new team are responsible for managing, developing and enhancing education buildings including scientific research facilities, sports facilities and lecture theatres.

Your new role
As a Capital Project Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of some of the most integral capital construction projects based in the southern Devon region. You will take a lead in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in order to progress projects, complete feasibility studies, run through tender processes, supervise projects on site and handover completed projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role. you will need to either have a professional membership, or be on the route to achieving a professional status. You'll need to be able to demonstrate previous experience at project managing construction projects, and have excellent communication skills, especially within complicated stakeholder environments.

What you'll get in return
