A Local Authority based in Buckinghamshire is seeking an Estates Leader to take the lead on the delivery of a full range of high quality property services across a mixed property portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Property, you will co-ordinate the activity of a team of Estate Surveyors and Technicians to ensure the provision and delivery of an efficient and cost effective property management service to the council.
To be successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following: -
- Degree and RICS qualified with significant post qualification experience preferably within local government.
- successful estate management managing a diverse property portfolio.
- Excellent organisation skills, with attention to detail, able to prioritise and meet deadlines
- An ability to build excellent customer and team relationships, demonstrating a professional aptitude building confidence and trust.
- Excellent leadership skills
