My client is a multinational Investor and Developer.
They have high profile and world class assets across the globe including London, New York and Paris.
They're looking for a Senior Asset Manager to cover the London and Paris mixed asset portfolio, commercial and retail experience will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:
- Set strategic asset management business plans for assets
- Lead the management and strategy of assets covering all facets of asset management, lettings, rent reviews and renewals.
- Analysis of Market Trends, Research and Revenue analysis and reporting
- Evaluate and initiate / manage to completion capital improvements that will enhance the value of assets
The role will also cover future Pan European acquisitions.
