Associate Director - Development Surveyor, London

My client is a leading Property agency providing a range of services from investment and financial advice, valuation, property management and planning. They are seeking an experienced Associate Director Development Surveyor to join their successful Residential Capital Markets team. 

You will be required to cover a portfolio of build to rent, retail and office space. Provide strategic consultative advice to clients on their development or investment assets. Enhancing the value of said assets throughout the full lifecycle of the service. Working with high profile, blue chip, private equity and governmental clients. 

In addition to the above you will be required to advise on: 

• Pre & post development planning 
• Advising institutions and land owners on their value of land 
• Mergers and Acquisitions within the residential sector
• Large scale residential schemes
• Pricing, and valuing a varied range of development assets

MRICS qualified with a minimum of 4yrs PQE, MRTPI applicants will also be considered. Knowledge of the residential sector is a must and the ability to network and contribute to work winning for the business will be highly advantageous.
