The Belvoir Estate is a one of the premier Rural Estates in the UK. The Estate includes a Grade I listed Castle, over 16,000 acres of agricultural land and woodland, 350+ residential properties, several commercial interests and a retail park. Current activities are wide and diverse including in-hand arable and livestock farming, forestry, one of the premier shoots in the country, wedding venue, events and public openings of the castle and gardens to name a few.

The Property Managers of Estates of the future need skills to manage a broad spectrum of activities covering both performance, such as increasing profitability, maximising assets, developing new and existing commercial activities; and conformance, such as property regulation, health and safety, human resources and environmental compliance.

The Belvoir Estate are looking to create an exciting new role for an aspiring and experienced property manager. Working with the management team and professionals to effectively manage and develop The Estates properties and activities. Experience in Residential and Commercial property is essential, with experience in agricultural, heritage and leisure properties an advantage.

This role would be suitable for a driven and talented property manager. Strong drive, good organisational and communication skills are essential.
