Senior Project Manager / Associate Project Manager (DEVELOPER) £50,000 - £85,000 + Package
Your new company
I am currently working with a developer across Yorkshire who are looking for a Chartered Project Manager to join their established and expanding team. You will be at Senior - Associate Director Level with experience in varied sectors, this organisation is involved in Commercial, Retail, Industrial, Office, Leisure and various others.
Your new role
You will have the ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner have a detailed understanding of JCT & NEC Contracts and Strong track record in project management of projects from inception to completion. You will be of chartered status and be able to provide the full range of project management duties. You must be driving to provide a high standard of work to your clients, and to build business by developing long term relationships. You must have a BSc in relevant field I.E. Quantity surveying, building surveying, project management or similar technical disciplines, you will play a supporting role to the Directors.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be educated to degree level and professionally qualified in either RICS, CIOB, MAPM or other relevant technical discipline. You will have Commercial experience and a clear understanding of developers & project life cycle. Proven success in the management and delivery of mixed-use and complex property development projects in both the public and private environment. An understanding of Regeneration and previous experience working with/for a developer is essential
