Temporary Building Surveyor opportunity in Preston

Excellent 3 month temporary opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join national Social Housing provider covering the Lancashire region.

Your new company
A national social housing provider with nearly 30,000 homes with a huge proportion being based in the North West. A business focused primarily on customer service and the safety and wellbeing of their tenants ensuring an efficient maintenance and repairs operation on all sites.

Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent service for the customers living on the estate by surveying and scheduling high quality day-to-day repairs, empty home repairs, planned / programmed works, caretaking, cleaning and estate maintenance service, ensuring that levels of service meet agreed criteria in accordance contracts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar role with a social housing organisation and have the ability to hit the ground running with surveying and scheduling. You must have a good tenant and customer approach and be able to multitask numerous minor projects.
