Do you have a strong commercial based project list? My client is currently looking for a highly experienced Project manager to join their team in London.

The role;

  • Responsible for leading numerous fit-out and refurbishment projects
  • Business development
  • Commercial projects
  • Guide and manage lower level team members
  • Project values will range from £500k up to £30million

Requirements;

  • MRICS preferred however will consider APC pathway candidates
  • 4 year's experience within fit-out & refurbishment in the Commercial sector
  • Consultancy experience
  • Building Surveying background desirable
  • Degree in surveying or construction preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
