MRICS Senior Building Surveyor - London Based - Competitive Salary

My client is currently recruiting for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team located in London. My client is one of the leading consultancies in London and they are looking to expand their team to accommodate for a larger workload. 

Candidate Requirements;

The individual must be commercially aware, enthusiastic and self-motivated and able to demonstrate strong communication and negotiations skills in a customer service driven, client facing role. The person will need to be methodical, diligent and well organised, with the ability to take on heavy workloads at busy times.The candidate must be able to take responsibility for their own workload and actions and work well as part of a busy team.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be a MRICS qualified Building Surveyor with 2-4 years post qualification experience.

Candidate Experience;

Candidates must have commercial experience in the following core services:-

• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance

Also preferable but not essential experience in the following:-

• Construction/Development Monitoring
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Party Wall and Neighbourly Matters
