Property Manager

My client is a privately-owned property company specialising in Commercial and Residential Asset and Estates Management. This is a unique opportunity to work on the client-side, within a close-knit residential team, out of their open plan, modern office in Canary Wharf.

They require someone who has at least 2 years' experience in a residential Property Manager role.

The business owns and manages 350 Residential properties in well sought out London locations, such as Kensington and Chelsea. You will be placed within a small residential team, reporting to the Asset Manager. The role provides scope for progression into Asset Management for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day management of residential portfolio

• Co-ordination and management of all maintenance aspects, such as staffing and scheduling

• Liaison with tenants regarding maintenance, viewings and general updates

• Full responsibility of maintain property value by coordination of maintenance and management of external and internal decorating
