Permanent position – circa £40 - 60k plus car allowance and package

The Company

An established housebuilder in the North West with an accolade of awards is looking for a Land Buyer to join its growing and developing land team. This housebuilder is well known for the quality of their homes and have a good reputation for looking after it’s staff.

The Position

In this role you will be responsible for-

• Identifying, evaluating and securing land/site for residential development
• Land Acquisition in the most cost-effective manner.
• Working along side the Land Manager and reporting to Land Director.
• Networking with agents and landowners direct sourcing sites off market.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have –

• At least 3 years of experience working for a residential developer or housebuilder with experience of buying large sites
• Experience of managing sites from identification through to acquisition.
• Previous experience establishing and maintaining relationships with land owners, agents etc. is essential.
• A “can-do” attitude will go far with this company as they continue to grow and acquire increasingly more land.
• A willingness to learn and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and ambitious team.
