Leasing Manager

Your new company
One of the UK's largest property owners has an excellent job for a Leasing Manager to work across the London section of a £3 billion asset portfolio.

Your new role
You will be responsible for all leasing arrangements across the London property portfolio including freehold, subleasing of leasehold properties, licenses and/or Tenancy at Will. You will provide substantial contributions towards establishing strategy and wider policy initiatives that support the effective management of the estate and assets. Working with the regional property management team of 6, on all letting activity and leasing strategies, managing leasing negotiations with tenants and solicitors, achieving favourable terms.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have substantial experience in Leasing and excellent L&T knowledge. You will be a self-motivated Chartered Surveyor, who is excellent at working under their own initiatives and good at building rapport. All with extensive negotiation experience.
