Are you a creative and motivated receptionist looking for your next temporary role?
A fantastic client of mine is seeking someone to work on an ongoing temporary basis to cover the reception for one of their beautiful co-working, serviced office spaces based in central London.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is friendly, bubbly and has experience working in a similar role.
Location: Old Street
Hourly Rate: £11 - £12
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests when they arrive
- Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are tidy
- Deal with incoming calls and enquiries
- Show potential customers around the office space
- General administrative duties such as filing and photocopying
Required Attributes and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite and friendly telephone manner
- Be highly organised and a multitasker
- Well presented
- Confident using Word and Excel
- 2+ years office/reception experience
- Available to start work immediately
- Temporary work experience is highly desirable
This would suit someone who is used to working in a fast-paced, customer facing environment and has an interest in the creative, co-working industry.
