Technical Coordinator, Residential Development, Berkshire c£50,000

As Technical Coordinator you will be expected to manage the delivery of all technical aspects of a portfolio of residential developments. Responsibilities will include coordinating all necessary technical information, coordinating working drawings, supporting the land team with feasibility studies, producing specific design programmes and monitoring technical objectives to ensure they are completed in a timely manner.  

The ideal candidate can be from an architecture, engineering or construction background and will have worked within a housebuilder. Key attributes must include; efficient time management, a keen eye for detail, the ability to multi-task and to prioritise accordingly.
