About the Client
My client is a major housebuilder who build a high-quality product across the West Midlands. They have an excellent reputation as a place to work and due to expansion now wish to appoint a Senior Land Manager to complement their team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Land Director you will be responsible for identification, leading the appraisal process and acquiring development sites. You will use your networking ability and contact base to ensure that a steady stream of sites is presented to the business. You will work closely with the planning, design and technical teams to ensure that risk and opportunity are identified.
Personal Requirements
You are either a Land Manager ready to make the step up into a more senior role or an existing Senior Land Manager who relishes a new challenge within a reputable company. We would also consider individuals from a strategic land background. You are a dynamic, well-networked individual who works well as part of a team as well as on your own.
