Home based Project Management delivering a range of capital projects across a UK property portfolio.
Client Details
Our client is a leading organisation in their field with a diverse property portfolio spanning the UK.
Description
The Project Manager will manage a pipeline of capital investment of work that enhances or replaces assets across the portfolio. Projects will focus primarily on construction and refurbishment work, relating to office and workplace moves.
The Project Manager will manage the projects supply chain, ensure projects are delivered to within agreed budget, timescale and quality parameters ensuring execution is compliant with statutory Regulations and Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation.
The Project Manager will be expected to support a culture of continuous improvement, and will be a key interface managing the end to end project process, engaging internal and external stakeholders throughout as required.
The focus of the project will be around the core of the organisation's estate which spans the central belt of the UK from Staffordshire, throughout the Midlands and in to the Northern Home Counties and East Anglia. An ability and willingness to travel as the role requires is therefore essential.
Profile
Relevant candidates for the Project Manager role will have a track record of managing professional services companies and contractors to deliver programmes of construction and refurbishment projects ideally in a office / workplace environment.
Professional qualifications and training in the Built Environment i.e. MRICS, CIOB, MAPM or similar would be beneficial but are by no means essential, if a relevant track record of programme management can be demonstrated.
Candidate from across the Midlands and North can be considered as this role will be home/field based with travel across the portfolio as required.
