An established housebuilder based in Surrey require a Head of Technical to manage projects throughout the south and Midlands regions. This role would suit an ambitious candidate who are looking to develop their career in a major leadership position. The future pipeline of projects in the business is increasing, and the scope of the company going forward is vast.

The position

The successful candidate will be responsible for technical, engineering and architectural aspects of major regeneration projects. As an overview, the role responsibilities will include the following-

• Manage project budgets and control expenditure
• Lead the design process from inception optimising development proposals
• Identifying and resolving design and construction problems
• Working alongside a range of different external teams and organisations
• Effectively managing timescales across major projects

The candidate

This position requires a candidate with exceptional experience in leading the Technical area of a residential developer. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in managing large scale developments. The role will manage a diverse team across a large geographical are.
