Project Manager / Senior Project Manager - Client-side Office fit-out - Berkshire / Hampshire

Our client is a leading global investor, developer and operator with a multi-billion-pound asset portfolio. Due to expansion of their office assets they are looking for a Project Manager to join the team based in the Berkshire / Hampshire area and take a lead role in high profile office developments.

Remuneration:

£55,000 - £65,000 + leading benefits package + Bonus

The successful Project Manager will be joining a dynamic business with over £100 million of current development and an established office asset portfolio. The Project Manager will be involved in high profile developments including new build and refurbishments within their business parks. You will have the autonomy to manage several concurrent projects including CAT A & CAT B fit-outs and building fabric enhancements valued between £10,000 and £3 million. Working with the asset management and development team the Project Manager will appoint and manage the external professional and design teams and over see the contractor work from concept and planning to completion.

They have a small development team and therefore they are looking for a dynamic individual with good commercial acumen who report into senior stakeholders within the business and have future involvement in the wider business parks strategy. The role will also involve working with the asset teams when pitching concepts to new tenants so a good understanding of high-end office and modern working environments would be beneficial. Due to the location of the business parks the role will be based circa 3 days in the Thames Valley / Hampshire and 1 or 2 days in the London office.
