About the role
Job Role and Requirements:
*Oversee the collection, reporting and assessment of accurate data
*Make sensible investment decisions and plans to improve the value and return on investment for properties
*Plan for long-term management of assets, accounting for existing and evolving property standards and resident expectations
*Present and write well-costed reports setting out options and reviews of assets

Experience and Skills Required:
*Strong track record of managing regeneration projects
*Senior management experience
*Experience of managing health and safety contract obligations
*Experience of partnering contracts
*Experience of consultation processes and keeping tenants/clients informed
*Proven experience of managing budgets
*Proficient knowledge of stock management database (e.g. Keystone)
