Valuation Surveyor

Valuation Surveyor required for a reputable independent firm of Chartered Surveyors, based in their Preston office.

You will work within a valuation team of five and primarily, you will be working on Commercial Bank Valuations for niche, local and regional clients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a registered valuer that can work autonomously, and manage their own clients and workload, you will receive flexibility and the opportunity to work remotely for part of the time. This company enjoys a flat structure and they like their people to feel that they are running their own business within a business.
