There is a new opening in the London Office due to growth for a Consultancy whose target is to be consistently ranked in the top 25 agents in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Affordable Housing and Viability Team seeing as for the next decade this sector is set to be at the forefront of the housing market. This team is already strong and fully understands how to deliver affordable housing as part of multi-tenure and mixed-use schemes. You will find that this agency offer multi-disciplinary services meaning exercising the ability to build services around the need of their clients. Which shows their considerable size and substantial resources drawing on a network of UK offices, whilst retaining the agility of a smaller outfit to provide a personalised service.

Your new role

This is an exciting time to be joining a team which focuses on the delivery of affordable housing within the UK development market. Your new team provides development consultancy, valuation and agency advice to a wide range of affordable housing providers. Currently providing advice on a number of significant urban expansion and new garden village settlements as well as large residential led development projects. The team advises on projects across the UK with support from their regional offices.

You will be providing development consultancy, valuation and agency advice to your Registered Provider and Private Sector clients. You will be reporting directly to clients, writing a range of reports and dealing with the acquisition and sale of affordable housing units and land.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS qualified is preferred, Ideally RICS Registered Valuer or equivalent knowledge or experience with Valuations, Experience of providing residential development valuation advice
