Job Details
This client side organisation have a requirement for a Maintenance Manager to join their Brighton based property team. Working closely with the Head of Property and Facilities Manager, you will oversee the planned and reactive maintenance on three sites in the Brighton area. This will be a hands on role when required. You will be responsible for a team of 5 and will also monitor the progress of works ensuring deadlines are met and all requests are dealt with as quickly as possible. There will be a need to be on call for urgent enquiries, possibly on a rota basis. You will ensure regulatory compliance and promote a positive health and safety environment to all. You will have experience of building services, such as fire and burglar alarms, BMS and fault finding. For more information please contact Alistair Carter
