Land & Partnerships Manager, Contractor/Developer, London, Basic c£80,000 + Car + Bonus

About the Role

As Land & Partnerships Manager, you will report to the Managing Director you will be responsible for developing the businesses relationship with local authorities, major governmental and private landholders. Developing innovative partnerships with the aim of identifying land opportunities where speculative development can take place in joint venture. Key aspects:

• Identification of new development and partnership opportunities
• Knowledge of London and Home Counties market and development of key contact base
• Preparation of project brief / timeframe and engagement of consultant team
• Detailed development appraisal and cash flow
• Maintain tracking log of all opportunities and update weekly
• Initial sales and marketing research
• Engagement with project partners (joint venture / registered provider / public sector)

About the Client

My client is a well-respected, mixed-use developer/contractor with a wide range of project experience across Greater London and the South East. They now wish to appoint a Land & Partnerships Manager, Partnerships to continue to develop their speculative and partnership  development operations working closely with local authorities, major governmental and private land owners.

What we’re looking for

You will very probably currently be working for a Registered Provider in a land focussed role, or for a developer within a partnership role, alternatively you could work within a professional consultancy in an advisory role. You have experience of public sector asset evaluation and optimisation. You are entrepreneurial and commercial in your outlook and are able to build strong relationships at all levels. You are a “well rounded” development professional who is keen to work directly for a developer, bringing across your expertise and leadership. The client is keen to consider individuals with c5+ years plus experience.
