A market-leading consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join their team and focus on Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) cost management. They are considering professionals who are chartered or are working towards chartership.

The successful candidate will be reporting to and collaborating with a Senior Associate. Your role will be to deliver informed and tailored cost management services to a variety of Residential and Mixed-Use clients across a number of high-profile projects.

They are looking for candidates who are client facing and communicate well. Both pre- and post-contract skills and experience, with a focus on cost planning. Well-versed in managing / working on multiple projects at any given time. They are open to sector experience, although residential or mixed-use experience is preferred, along with Cost X experience.

Competitive base salary on offer, plus bonus and benefits, including a season ticket loan and/or cycle to work scheme.
