About the Client
My client is a major housebuilder with a reputation for building high quality homes within great locations. Due to expansion they now wish to appoint a Senior Land Manager to enable to business to procure the land required to maintain their production levels.
About the Role
Reporting to the Land & Development Director you will be responsible for leading a small team as well as personally identifying and acquiring new sites. You will utilise your network to bring forward, high-quality development sites that fit the companies requirements whilst also supporting and leading junior members of the team to achieve their targets and develop their career.
Personal Requirements
You are already an experienced Senior Land Manger or indeed a Land Manager looking to make the step up into a senior role. You are well networked and are able to negotiate effectively, ensuring that risk and opportunity are balanced off. You have excellent communication skills and are dynamic and entrepreneurial.
