Job Details
A real estate investment and asset management firm who are a market leader in the accommodation sector, are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their development team in London. Key sectors include multifamily, student housing, senior living and serviced real estate (co-living and co-working). The firm is also actively investing in commercial property. You'll work closely with colleagues in Investments, Development and Operations contributing professional technical built environment expertise and advice to the business and its investors on the suitability of the property portfolio, providing recommendations for the design and function of each property through space planning, maintenance, upgrade, redevelopment. Other responsibilities include; keeping track of all the PM and CM activities in the different offices, liaising and coordinate with the local DM/PM teams and ensure the DM management team is properly updated and reported as well as ensuring robust, consistent and periodical reporting of the different live projects.
You will ideally have a Degree in a relevant discipline (for example Building Surveying, Services Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture) and have experience with multiple Capital Projects and Maintenance works programmes across a portfolio of properties at a senior level in a Hotel, Retail or Student Residential environment. Experience of budget planning and management is essential.
