Principal to Associate Planner

Based in Manchester city centre, a top planning consultancy is looking for a new face to join the team. With a healthy pipeline of work and a large and successful team in the region, this independent firm have a relaxed atmosphere while achieving excellent results from their Planners and other specialists. You will be working on a variety of work, predominantly in the residential sector, although you may also work on some commercial and or retail work as the business promotes a variety of work to further develop its team and skills.

You will have at least five years worth of experience, ideally with some in the private sector, and knowledge of the North West region through current or previous work. Given the level of work that you will be undertaking and types of clients you will be dealing with, you need to have your RTPI membership gained, or be very close to attaining it.

This thriving firm are client-led and have a number of big names who they have an excellent track record with. You will be working within a small team but get the chance to work on a spread of work, as well as being encouraged to go bring on your own clients, with bonus structures in place to reward entrepreneurial behaviour.
