One of the largest Housing Association's in London is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to be based on a brand-new scheme in the West London Area. This role requires someone to be client facing and able to handle a high volume of sales. This is a great opportunity to work within the affordable housing sector which is unaffected by the current market and still exceptionally busy on all their schemes.

This sector receives increased Government funding every year, so it is perfect for someone looking for some progression in a growing business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • off-plan sales within a Sales and Marketing suite
  • Conducting and booking viewings around the showroom
  • Taking enquiries and following up potential leads
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clientele throughout the process up to exchange
  • Working within a team to ensure targets are met and exceeded

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Highly presentable when dealing with face-face customers
  • IT Proficiency
  • Extensive knowledge of the New Homes industry
