Our fantastic client has been building New Homes for over 50 years. During this time, they have won hundreds of rewards, and last year alone they won eight. They pride themselves on their beautiful New Builds that are sustainable and long lasting. This development in Hampshire is riverside, with a beautiful view directly from the marketing suite itself.

The individual going for this role must have previous New Homes experience and be prepared to help generate new leads in a professional and efficient manner. They must have a fantastic working ethic as well as being prepared to work hard within there already very successful sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the marketing suite to a highly presentable fashion
  • Generate new leads and follow up previous potential customers
  • Be prepared to speak face to face with customers and show them around the show home and marketing suite
  • Organise any meetings and help schedule viewings for the show home and marketing suite

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work weekends
  • At least one year's worth of experience within New Homes
  • Must have previous sales experience, desirably face to face
  • Must have experience within the property industry

The client is offering:

£10.50-13.50 per hour
