Residential & Commercial Valuation Job Opportunity - General Practice Surveying Company

This is another fantastic opportunity to join a growing traditional private practice based in the heart of the City of London. The company are looking to strengthen their lending valuations team who specialise within residential & commercial property valuations.

Your new role

This is a residential & commercial valuation opportunity for an MRICS RICS Registered valuation who has a proven track record of completing loan backed secured lending valuations. You will be required to carry out a broad range of assignments including supporting other areas of the professional business. This is a client facing position where you will take full ownership of assignments, clients and bank reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

MRICS RICS Registered Valuer Status Essential Valuation experience gained within a professional commercial organisation paired with the ability to interpret leases & head leases and analyse the impact of terms on value. Experience with appraisal writing, site visits and business development is desired.
