Valuation Surveyor / Senior Surveyor
This role is for a leading consultancy working out of their Cambridge office, as a Senior Surveyor requirements include conducting a mix of appraisal and valuation work for investment and banking clients in addition to consultancy advice for both public and private sector clients. This role is paying up to £40k + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc.
The role
- Clients and Business Development
- Manages existing clients relationships at a senior level on a day to day basis
- Responsible for managing small instructions or subsections of major projects
Requirements
- Educated to degree level
- MRICS Preferably a RICS registered valuer
- Valuation experience
