A niche business in itself with a strong reputation within their specialist market and it will be your job to build a new stream to their business.

Currently looking for a Senior - Associate Level Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager with Employers Agent experience.

The position has been recognised due to a positive increase in business and the recent launch of their Project Management arm to their business which enables the Company to offer a number of additional services to Clients.

Job Profile
You will ideally be a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, experienced and competent in a Client facing environment, and whose duties will include but will not be limited to:

• Preparing Feasibility Studies, Cost Plans, Cost Estimates, Cost Reports and Cash Flow Forecasts.
• Drafting of JCT, JCT D&B and NEC Forms of Contract.
• Managing the Tender process and producing Tender packages.
• Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for Tenders and Contracts.
• Undertaking Valuations and "Final Account" discussions.
• Managing cost control generally throughout a project and offering advice to Clients where necessary.
• Assist in the further development of the organisation including business development.

My client have another section to their business which specialises in Disputes, claims & Expert Witness, it would be beneficial if you have this experience or would be interested in developing & learning in this field. If you have an MSc in Construction Law this would be an added benefit to my client in this instance they would consider candidates from a Main Contractor background.

You will receive a competitive salary of up to £65,000 dependant on your experience along with a Car / Car allowance
