This is an opportunity to work within a highly reputed residential developer with a global reach, who is looking to hire an International Sales Manager to launch their New Homes schemes throughout London overseas.

This position requires experience in bringing developments successfully through to delivery and point of sale, with responsibility of all sales & marketing consultancy internationally. Mandarin language skills would be a huge benefit to the success of application for this position.

Subsequently, extensive experience having taken produce overseas is essential.

Role

  • Responsible for the Sales & Marketing strategy for various schemes throughout London.
  • Involved from inception through to delivery
  • Scheme optimization; unit-mix, specification, launches
  • International launching
  • Account management
  • Relationship building with various developers throughout the industry
  • Budget forecasting
