My client is a leading asset manager who are looking to hire a Research and Data Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a London based investment boutique who have an enviable reputation of delivering out performance for their range of diverse range of UK and international clients. They currently have a multitude of UK commercial property assets under discretionary management across a range of core, core plus and value add mandates.
Key skills:
- Maintaining the analytical databases
- In conjunction with management preform client portfolio performance analytics, strategic reports and presentations
- Preparation and presentation of internal reports, client and house performance analysis
- Collating, provision and checking of data to the performance bench-marking service
- Lead / implement projects to improve client reporting and analysis
- Design and implement on-boarding of reporting and analytics for new clients
- Assist the Head of Business Development in preparing pitches presentations and client due diligence
- Responding to ad hoc client and colleague requests for analysis
- Experience manipulating large data sets on excel
- Proven ability to analyse Real Estate data
