Project Manager - Office Fit-out / Refurb

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join a multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy in their Newcastle office. You will be working with funds and Investors on asset management led work, as well as corporate occupiers, and you will be primarily delivering Cat A and Cat B fit outs for office space. In addition, you will also complete some projects in other areas such as hotels, residential and industrial.

This position would suit a Project Manager looking to move into a relatively new discipline for the company, which is the fastest growing and most profitable service lines in the business.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in construction related discipline.
• MRICS or other suitable Project Management qualification
