Our client is a leading Property Investment organisation that is specialist in purchasing, managing, developing and giving new life to leisure and retail assets in the UK.
You have the opportunity to join this successful organisation as Project Manager for retail construction and shell reconfiguration projects based from the South East of the UK.
Our client has a portfolio of retail and leisure properties in the UK of over 1.5bln. Covering over 7 million sq ft and comprising of over 30 shopping centres and 20 retail parks, they have specifically targeted the fastest growing sectors of the UK retail market.
We are looking to identify a professional and energetic real estate Project Manager with a proven track record in retail project management. You will be qualified in your chosen field and be comfortable working in a dynamic and growing organisation. You will be competent in the full lifecycle delivery of shell reconfiguration, CAT A fitout and new build retail and mixed-use schemes with experience handling concurrent projects valued between £50K and £5mln. The ideal candidate will have the ambition and capacity to grow into a role that will deliver larger projects of circa £20+ million in future.
You will be responsible for managing construction projects from inception to completion, including working with the asset manager to turn pre-let into reality. You will manage the initial planning (when required), design, contract tender, appointing and managing the external contractor and consultants on post contract delivery stages. Projects will typically be existing asset refurbishment and reconfiguration schemes.

You will be based from London and have the opportunity to progress. Our client expects to be offering a basic salary of £50-60,000 plus benefits to the successful candidate.
