Job Details
This specialist consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced General Practice Surveyor into a senior key post within the organisation. Working closely with the Director, you will support the longer term business plan to drive and develop the consultancy service offering to public and private sector clients.
As a MRICS qualified Surveyor, you will advise and support clients on asset management opportunities within their portfolio, provide valuations for asset values, acquisitions and disposals, advise on leases and rating issues and providing development appraisals. In this client facing role, you will also manage a range of new and existing client contracts, offering support to other teams in preparing tender responses.
