Senior Land Manager  

South Midlands – Warwickshire  

Permanent Position: £65,000-75,000 plus car, bonus and benefits 

The Company

This is a newly created role to assist a Land Director in an established developer in the south Midlands region. The business is a smart, entrepreneurial organisation who have a great approach to both developing a quality product, and to looking after their people. Their South Midlands office is doing well and there is an need for strategic as well as immediate land.

The Position

The role is a Senior/Land Manager position and will involve all aspects of Land acquisition and development.

The key tasks are outlined below;  

• Identify potential developments
• Manage acquisition process from purchase through to pre-construction
• Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are updated and contributing effectively at all times
• Assist the Land Director in all major projects for the business

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a Land/Development role for a housebuilder and be confident in their ability to acquire sites. This role will suit a candidate who is ambitious and keen to see their career progress.
