My client are looking for a Lettings Renewals Administrator (Maternity Cover 12 months) starting Mid-April They are a professional services and investment management firm specialising in real estate.Role Purpose Working within a small team the successful candidate will provide direct administrative support to a centralised Residential Agency Renewals team based in Chelsea.Duties:
- Drafting and issuing tenancy agreements to Landlords and Tenants via email and post. Documents include, memorandums of extension, general termination paperwork, addendums and legal notices (including section 21's)
- Coordinating tenant referencing via online agency
- Coordinating AML and Right to Rent checks
- Organising end of tenancy inventory checks and processing deposit returns for non-managed Landlords
- Updating information and data stored on Reapit internal software systems
- Maintain paperwork and procedures to a high standard in line with company practice.
- Raising and issuing invoices, processing card payments and chasing outstanding agency fees from debtors list
- Assisting the wider team as required with occasional office switchboard relief
- A highly organised individual with self-efficient and effective time management skills
- Excellent communicator and a high level of attention to detail
- General secretarial and administrative skills essential
- A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - including Word and Outlook is required.
- Ability to work within a small team remotely supporting a number of London based lettings offices
- Knowledge of Right to Rent legislation essential
- A detailed knowledge of TDS deposit registration/deregistration procedures
- A detailed knowledge of AML (Anti Money Laundering) required
