Sales Advisor – Residential Development

Bedfordshire (Various Locations Available)

Permanent position: £20,000 - £25,000 plus bonus

The Client

We are working with an established Housebuilder that has a history of producing high quality homes and has received numerous awards in recognition of this.

Whilst the company is expanding and producing more homes than ever, quality remains the focus point of this business and the business is looking for talented Sales Advisors who will uphold this standard.

The Role

You will join an established Sales department reporting to the Sales manager directly. Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Driving the company forward by achieving sales targets
• Liaising with Sales manager to ensure company goals reached
• Giving outstanding customer service and maintaining good customer relations
• Preparing the show homes before customer visits
• Liaising with Solicitors regarding mortgage applications
• Managing the progression of sales through to exchange and completion

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic independent individual with a drive for achieving targets and must have experience working for a housebuilder previously. This role requires good communication, negotiation and the understanding of sales whilst maintaining a strong level of organisation and reporting.
