We are working with a people focused pub business to identify an exceptional Head of Property to manage a national team of Regional Property Surveyors.
This great business has a rich history and an ambitious but achievable growth plan, they are now seeking to add to their team to make this growth happen. The team is growing so the successful Head of Property will have a proven track record managing a team of Regional Surveyors to deliver a high-quality property and asset management service
This is a property maintenance, CAPEX, investment and bespoke projects role rather than site acquisitions or disposals role and requires someone with the proven capability to manage these effectively. You will provide proactive leadership, motivation and guidance to your team and champion a genuine high-quality customer service attitude throughout the team. You will develop and ensure the delivery of high quality, individual and authentic investments, properly planned and delivered in line with budget through the estate. You will develop a system within the team to effectively drive and monitor performance.
