Our client is an ambitious, exceptionally well financed, and fast-growing Proptech poised to revolutionise property management.

Proptechs have thus far entirely overlooked management and lettings, whilst our client has committed wholly to that very same untapped market. This Proptech’s online platform - met with overwhelming demand since its first conception, is utilised by property managers, investors, developers, and tenants alike; streamlining the letting and management processes, making both transparent for both sides.

Key Duties include:

  • Fostering and maintaining a professional network of contacts both in person and through social and/or hard media channels
  • Research, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, whilst possessing and utilising a thorough understanding of the client to engage prospective clientele – including institutional and private landlords, investors, developers, and agents, delivering effective sales pitches to any and all of them
  • Actively engage with the group board to formulate, develop, and implement both the company’s strategic development and development as a company. Specifically, identifying key issues or areas to improve on, continuously optimising the business’ operation, and researching new avenues of growth
  • In time taking a leading role alongside senior management and CEO to develop, manage, and lead the sales team and its budget

Required skills and experience:

  • An extensive grounding in the property market or business development – and preferably, strong managerial experience developing and maintaining a high-quality team
  • Strong pre-existing network of industry connections combined with the ability to effectively utilise such a resource
  • An understanding or familiarity with contracts, or an ability to instruct and/or manage lawyers utilised by the company
