Investment Analyst

A highly ambitious Pan-European Private Equity company with £1.5bn AUM in the UK alone is looking for an Investment Analyst to become an integral member of their team. This position has only opened recently as a direct result of continued growth on my client’s behalf. The successful candidate will join a well-known firm, which maintains a small team here in London; benefiting from the exposure and autonomy a boutique team affords, as well as from the recognition of a well-regarded brand.

Duties will include:

• Performing in-depth due diligence across all asset classes  
• Modelling cash flows, sometimes from scratch, of potential investment opportunities
• Writing Investment Committee papers, property reports, and investment summaries 
• Assisting in the underwriting of particular investment opportunities

Key skills and qualities:

• Highly numerical and analytical, with excellent knowledge of MS Excel
• Two to three years’ worth of analyst experience, if not more. This preferably being Real Estate Investment Analyst experience or Real Estate Investment Banking experience (M&A or Financing)  
• Strong commitment to high standards, with an exemplary eye for detail
