Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator

My client, a well-established and reputable independent brand, are looking for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team in North London. They are the leading lettings agent in their area and they are expanding and growing their already impressive market share at a considerable rate.

They are looking for someone who has at least 1 year's experience in estate agency and a proven track record of performing in a target driven environment. They are looking for energetic, hardworking and driven candidates who are prepared to go the extra mile for their clients.

As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator you will be expected to identity and understand client requirements, develop and maintain long lasting client relationships, provide exceptional customer service and of course negotiate and close deals!

The ideal candidate for this role should:

• Have at least 1 year's experience in a sales/lettings role
• Be comfortable working to and exceeding sales targets
• Be highly motivated with a competitive streak
• Hold a Full UK driving license and have own vehicle
