Asset Manager @ PropCo/HNWI

RealRec are working with a leading Real Estate PropCo based in Mayfair, who's Director owns a substantial Real Estate Portfolio. The director is looking for an ambitious, smart, entrepreneurial and creative candidate to work alongside him as an Asset Manager to support him with the day to day running of his family portfolio.

Essential requirements:

- At least 1+ years Asset Management/Portfolio Management experience in commercial residential and mixed use portfolios real estate experience
- Knowledge and experience of Construction/Development management, Leasing, Funding, Planning (S106/CIL's) etc
- Excellent academic background
- Intimate knowledge of regulations and procedures
- Sound commercial awareness and an enthusiasm to develop new business streams
- Are committed and have an eye for detail
- Excellent project management, presentation and leadership skills
- Are used to working with minimal supervision and have a strong ability to use their own initiative
- Are capable of managing a wide and complex workload
- Are personable and a strong team player

Our client are offering a very competitive salary package circa £35,000-£40,000 + generous package, but would consider paying more for the right person.
