HSE MANAGER

This leading Residential Developer seeks a Health & Safety Manager to join their team. Your new role

The successful applicant will be involved in projects throughout the high end Residential Development. Your role will be reporting directly to the Construction Director and ensure that works are carried out safely, with best practice and under all correct legislations. You will be tasked with conducting regular site audits and inspections as directed in the Safety Management System. You will Deliver Health & Safety induction programmes and assist Site Management in drafting and communicating RAM's

What you'll need

To be successful in this role it will be essential that you have a minimum of 5+ years' experience in a Construction related Health & Safety role ideally with experience within Residential Development or working for a Main Contractor delivering residential schemes. You will be required to hold relevant Health & Safety Certificates i.e. NEBOSH Cert or Diploma. You will also have previous experience overseeing health & safety on site an implementing policies and procedures.
