Swansea Council are seeking 2 Principal Regeneration Managers to support major development projects and review wider regeneration strategies.

These posts are situated within the Property Development Team, part of the Planning and City Regeneration Division. Reporting to the Property Development Manager and two team leaders the post holders will work alongside the existing Regeneration Officers in providing strategy/policy advice, undertake feasibility, project viability and delivery of projects. Applications are sought from suitably qualified individuals with relevant experience to join a busy existing team dealing with projects such as Swansea Central Phase 1 that comprises an Arena, city centre car parks, a coastal park, residential and a digital bridge over Oystermouth Road; Digital Village that comprises 100,000sf of offices aimed at tech based industries;  proposals for a significant leisure destination forming part of wider development proposals along the Tawe Riverside Corridor from inception through to delivery. This is an interesting and varied role in a busy team working within an agile environment who are dedicated to delivering the exciting regeneration proposals for Swansea, a city that can offer a great work/lifestyle balance.
